01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the JackToto platform in any capacity — whether as a visitor or a registered member — you automatically agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines published on this website.

These terms take effect as soon as you begin using the platform, including before any account registration process is completed. Unawareness of the contents of these terms shall not be used as grounds for non-compliance.

02 Membership Eligibility

JackToto reserves the right to request proof of age verification and identity at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

03 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the jacktoto platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or financial details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or inaccurate information provided during registration may serve as grounds for account closure without compensation.

• Full name as shown on a valid identification document.
• An accurate and verifiable date of birth.
• An active email address that belongs to you personally.
• A valid and active Malaysian phone number.
• A strong and unique password — do not reuse the same password as other accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported any misuse to our support team.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal

All deposits into a jacktoto account must be made using a valid payment method in your own name. JackToto does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits received from unknown or suspicious sources will be returned and the relevant account may be reviewed.

Accepted deposit methods on the JackToto platform include local Malaysian bank transfers, digital wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, and other approved online payment methods.

• The minimum deposit amount is as specified on the Deposit us.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the designated business hours.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name.
• JackToto reserves the right to request supporting documents (KYC) before approving withdrawals for certain amounts.
• Any withdrawal involving a bonus is subject to the wagering requirements set for that bonus.

05 Bonus & Promotions

06 Game Rules

All games available on the jacktoto platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been verified and audited by an independent body. Every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including JackToto itself.

In the event of a technical disruption, system failure, or disconnection during a game session:

• JackToto will endeavour to restore the game session to the last state recorded by the server.
• If recovery cannot be performed, any unresolved active bets will be returned to your account balance.
• Game results that have been recorded by the server prior to the disruption are final and cannot be disputed.

Any attempt to exploit bugs, system vulnerabilities, or use third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

07 User Conduct

You agree to use the JackToto platform in a responsible, respectful, and lawful manner. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using bot software, automation tools, or any third-party tools during gameplay.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
• Distributing offensive, threatening, or harassing content targeting other users or JackToto staff.
• Attempting to access another user's account or restricted sections of the system.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

JackToto reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or platform misuse.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Closure requested by the relevant authorities.
• Account closure requested by the member themselves.

You also have the right to close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid funds in your account will be returned to you after the required review process is completed, provided no terms violations have occurred.
